- OOP: Out of pocket (cost)
- MIR: Mail in rebate
- Q: Coupon
- IP: Internet printable (coupon)
- FAR: Free after rebate
- MFR or MQ: Manufacturer coupon
- Blinkie: Coupons dispensed at the store, that usually come out of a blinking machine
- Peelie: Coupons you peel off a product
- Tearpad: Coupons you tear from a pad, usually found near that product
- Catalina: Coupons that print from the register, seperate from your receipt (the cashier will give you these at the end of your purchase)
- E-coupon: Coupons that are uploaded to a store loyalty card via the internet
- WYB: When you buy
- CRT: Cash register tape (a coupon that prints at the bottom of your store receipt)
- RP: Red plum insert from Sunday newspaper
- SS: Smartsource insert from Sunday newspaper
- PG/P&G: P&G insert from Sunday newspaper
- ECB: Extra Care Bucks (CVS coupons-you will find these at the bottom of your receipt after you’ve purchased an item that awards you ECB’s. You use these like $$ off your next purchase)
- RR: Register Rewards (Walgreens coupons-these print out like catalinas, as a seperate coupon you receive at check out when you purchase an item that gets RR’s. These also are used like $$ off your next purchase)
- IVC: Instant Value Coupon (Walgreens coupons found in their monthly coupon booklet and on tearpads in the store)
- +Up: Plus Up Reward (Rite Aid coupons, similar to the Walgreens and CVS rewards. Also used like $$ off your next purchase)
